Far East – Import
Your goods are in our hands from start to finish. Our quality standards are high. In order to live up to this, we have reliable partners on site to test the items and provide you with perfect results!
Quality is important to us, which is why we have a comprehensive quality management system, starting with the selection of our partners. We know all our suppliers personally and meet them at least once a year. Trust in our suppliers is the fundamental basis. Despite our professional and reliable partners, we do not refrain from auditing factories and production lines ourselves. Quality is when the customers come back, not the goods!
Production control.
We also have partners in the Far East who are dedicated to quality control before, during and after production. This means that we have the opportunity to precisely adapt the product safety law to the respective article before production and to have the product tested accordingly. SGS performs these tasks for us, among others, as well as testing during production and after completion of production in accordance with our specifications. We base our test criteria on the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limits) table.
Material processing.
Another partner that supports us in terms of quality assurance is the company Eurofins. They test the material and the chemical compositions in the laboratories on site. This means we can be sure that every article meets German standards and can be marketed safely.
